Several points to improve work performance

Open, positive, willing to help, proactively share suggestion and advice; respect to different culture, willing to learn new tech and trends; good ownership and customer service.
Still needs to enhance textile knowledge especially finishing tech. ; and try to be more considerate before "make decision" and "answer" to partners.

Need more market trend sensitive.

Build /support the business,champion innovation area is not reaching a elementary level, need to be more open-minded to accept new technology Personal.attitude also need to change to more listen to other area colleague inputs, not just keep saying request is not possible. Judgement & analytic mind on distinguish what' supplier saying is important as we might not able to visit every single mill when we source with them . Example :before visiting a new mil without digest all onhand information before spend a day to visit, without having a full picture on what is important to check before have mill visit ( think strategically point related)

Communicate are also need to be much clear to build professional image to internal customer i.e pd, as we are working in sizeable company that definitely need to have good communication skill set, in order to get PD/counterpart convinced on what goal that u want to pursuing. Always over-communicate with counterpart /colleague to prevent potential mistakes from being happened.      

Becoming more working closely with PD team to discuss and share information in time, and also trying to understand the material end use on bag so that he could share his solution suggestion to PD from material points. He work very hard even working at weekend due to more workloads passing to team in 2017. He proactively share his suggestion and his experience on the sourcing process set up.

He is willing to have good self-development always.

For 2018 , definitely need to improvement communication skill & better organization skill for internal team communication.
