We exactly need material as details given below.
Material composition: 65% CV (shortage for rayon resp. viscose) and 35% PA (Ethylacrylate, butylacrylate, acrylnitrile, acrylamide)
Weight: 25 GSM
Bonding : Chemical Bonded
Feature: The general requirements of the LMBG (Food and consumer goods decree) § 10, to be granted by the way the examinations with the non-woven according to EN 71-3 (decree for toys). We conclude from the results that the delivery of heavy material is lower than the limiting values for children and babies. The BGVV (German association for the funeral industry)recommends to asses the non woven according to the recommendation of the filter paper for hot and cookery applications, layers of filters. The used fibers (CV) and the monumeric units of the binder as usuable of principle are listed in this recommendation, that means in water of approx 100oC the material does not deliver ingredients which are harmful for the health.
Color require: Pure White or # 91.
Application: For Food products.
Required quantity : 1.5 Million sqm per month
