      Responsible for managing the development activities, from concept to commercialization, of new nonwoven products designed to meet specific application and customer needs. Works with Global Healthcare Sales and Marketing in order to understand market requirements for new products. Individual is responsible for evaluation, planning, and management of new products, processes, and improvements to support successful business expansion, or business improvement.1. Undergraduate; Bachelor or- Master of Science, Engineering or related field (Chemical); Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Textile nonwoven or a related discipline
2. Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the commercial extrusion industry technology field
3. Must have experience with spunbond, meltblown, SMS technologies, and fiber chemical finishing
4. Has a working knowledge of current polymer and additive products in the marketplace
5. Experience with polymer or related industry area, Medical devices industry or convertors
6. Experience serving as a team project leader, management. Solid technical communication skills
7. Experience managing other and effective leadership skills
