无锡某外资企业诚聘Sr. Sales Engineer（非织类）
Main Accountabilities:
1 Collect and analyze relative market and competitor information; Plan sales strategy and actions .
2 Organize activities to do market prediction, promotion, build up good relationship with customers and improve after-market service system by all kinds of commercial and technical ways; make breakthrough on the basis of achieve X+1 target.
3 Make up technical activities such as technical communication, customer training, on-site technical design and support and new product development and technique development with technical service manager; make sure the designed products fit with the market requirement .
4 Prepare the quotation, negotiate the price and payment terms according to company price policy and sign the contract, follow the payment.
5 Communicate with National Sales Manager and respective sales assistant in time to make sure invoice made on time and goods shipped on time. Timely provide all sales activity and prediction reports required by company.

Be familiar with spinning technique and equipment
Be able to use English as working language
Organization ability and teamwork spirit
Good communication and negotiation skills
Hardworking and creative spirit
